Olga Grigorieva

Managing Partner and General Director of Sterngoff Audit LLC, Auditor, Tax Advisor

She examines Russian companies according to Russian standards, as well as according to HGB and IFRS / IAS. Furthermore, since 2007 she consults western investors in tax matters. She holds the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR), issued by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, London. Since 2009, she is a member of the self-governing organization “Auditors Association Sodruzhestvo” and since 2014 a member of the Tax Advisory Board.

Gerts Paltsev

Partner, Sterngoff Audit LLC, M.B.A.

Mr. Paltsev has a diploma in economics issued by the University of Wuppertal and a Master of Business Administration.
He has long-time experience in leading consulting companies as well as in a leading German auditing company in Cologne (MAZARS). He speaks English and German perfectly.
Mr. Paltsev has experience in auditing the annual financial statements of large manufacturing, trading and service companies, as well as listed companies.

Mr. Francesco Costa

General Manager ALU-PRO OOO, FENZI OOO

Francesco Costa got a degree in Electrical Engineering and worked for many years as project manager and technical responsible in Italy and Russia. He speaks fluently Italian, Russian, English and French. In 2017 he joined Alupro srl in Noale (Italy), part of Glass Alliance Group of Companies, worldwide leader in the production of completing items and paints for glass and IG units industry. In 2018 he was charged to be General Manager of ALU-PRO OOO and Fenzi OOO, the two plants of the group located in Russia, in SEZ “Lipetsk” where he is currently working.

Daria Pogodina

Mrs. Pogodina speaks Russian, English and German. With two university degrees and more than 15 years of experience in advising and providing practical support to foreign SMEs in Russia, Mrs. Pogodina has a deep insight into international business processes.

Over 15 years of consulting experience of transnational corporations, especially on entering the Russian market and secondment matters, by disputes with the company’s top-management, mass transfers and dismissals, HR-audits. Experienced coach in the field of labor law for top-management and HR-specialists of the companies.
Ms. Balashova provides legal support to the German Embassy and Center of Foreign Trade of the Austrian Embassy in Moscow and is member of the Board and Head of Personnel Committee of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce.

Eugenia Chernova

Project Leader Controlling - Swilar OOO

An experienced financial analyst, business consultant, has a DipIFR diploma, with more than 10 years of experience in leading positions. Mrs. Chernova headed the financial divisions of companies with a billion turnover and a staff of more than a thousand employees. Successfully implemented management report systems from zero level. Since 2019, Mrs. Chernova leads Controlling and Reporting department at Swilar OOO in Moscow.

Dr. Georg Schneider – Moderator

Managing partner Swilar GmbH, head of the Moscow working group of the ICV (International Controller Verein)

As Managing Director of Swilar GmbH in Germany, Dr. Schneider supports  foreign SMEs in Russia with strategy advice and personnel concepts. Dr. Schneider has over 30 years of Russian and industrial experience, including a management function at the Russian location of a global automotive supplier. With his economics degree and doctorate, Dr. Schneider specified in his work, among other things, on the implementation of effective controlling instruments. He heads the ICV Moscow Working Group since its foundation in 2017. Dr. Georg Schneider now lives with his family in Swisttal near Bonn.
