As known, our company is a member of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce. On September 25, we were invited to participate in the General Assembly of the members of the Chamber, which took place in the congress center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RF.
The Assembly was attended by the heads of major Italian organizations and foundations.
The President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Sergey Katyrin, the Italian Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Mr. Pasquale Terracciano, the President of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Vincenzo Trani, as well as key representatives of the Italian-Russian business spoke at the conference.
The purpose of the conference was to publicize the importance of business cooperation between the two countries in the fields of automotive industry, IT, as well as the food industry.
The Italian Ambassador noted that recent months have been a difficult period. The exchange of goods became difficult, business chains were disrupted. In his opinion, the Italian-Russian Chamber plays a huge role in restoring the current situation and developing business cooperation.
The ambassador also noted that a future meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs of the Russian Federation and Italy, will suggest the ways for restoration and development of the Italian-Russian business.
