Agreement on the Personal Data Processing

In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, dated July 27, 2006, “On the Personal Data”, the user of the website  sterngoff.com gives their consent to processing of their personal data by the website administration “Sterngoff Audit”, LLC without any reservations and limitations, performance of any actions that are associated with the personal data of the user and provided for by para. 3 art. 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, dated July 27, 2006, “On the Personal Data”, and confirms that by giving such consent they act freely, wilfully and in their own interests.

The user gives their consent to the list of the personal data:

  • Name, patronymic, surname.
  • Location.
  • Phone number(s).
  • Other personal data.

The user gives their consent to performance of the following actions associated with their personal data:

  • Collection.
  • Recording.
  • Systematization.
  • Accumulation.
  • Storage.
  • Amendment (update or adjustment).
  • Retrieval.
  • Submission (propagation, submission, access).
  • Use.
  • Anonymization.
  • Locking.
  • Deleting.
  • Destruction.
  • As well as any other action in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The data processing may be performed both with or without (in the event of non-automatic processing) anonymization. The Administration of the website sterngoff.com is not limited in application of any means of the personal data processing.

The user acknowledges and confirms that the administration of the website sterngoff.com is entitled to provide the personal data of a user to any third parties exclusively in order to provide technical support, and such third parties are entitled to the personal data processing according to this consent.

This consent shall remain valid until it is revoked by sending a written request that shall be signed by the user and may be sent to the administration of the resource sterngoff.com by a registered mail with the delivery notice, or to an authorized representative of the website sterngoff.com against a signature.

The administration of the website sterngoff.com shall stop the personal data processing and remove the personal data from the data base, including the electronic one, upon receipt of a written request of the user to revoke this consent to the personal data processing.

The user is aware that using the website sterngoff.com they automatically accept this Agreement and give their consent to its terms and conditions.
