A professional and public discussion of the “Consultant on taxes and levies” professional standard was held based on our company on March 25 with the participation of the head of the Tax Consultants Chamber, Mrs. T.V. Ioffe.
The participants of the discussion spoke about the list and content of labor actions that are part of the labor functions of the professional standard draft.
The purpose of discussion and adoption of the professional standard is to create a mechanism for qualified facilitation of legal entities and individuals aimed at full and timely fulfillment of obligations to calculate and pay (withhold and transfer) taxes, fees and insurance deductions to the budget of the Russian Federation.
In the course of the discussion, participants expressed their opinions on the list and content of labor actions described and included in the labor functions of the professional standard draft. All suggestions and comments will be sent to the developers.
