In Swissotel Red Hills, the annual conference of the committee on the personnel of the Russian-German Foreign Trade Chamber (AHK) was held. The committee deals with all matters related to personnel: the labor market, labor legislation, wage surveys, work permits, work visas, etc.
The head of the committee Mrs. Elena Balashova invited Mrs. Olga Grigoryeva to address the conference.
The topic of the speech was “Interaction between the head of the personnel department and the accounting department – who is responsible to the tax authorities and the state labor inspectorate”.
A number of other important personnel issues were touched upon during the conference.
