The head of our company, together with partners, took part in an international conference on improving the investment image of Russia in Germany.
The event was organized by the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK) and the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK). The main topic of discussion at the conference this year was the impact of the development of the Russian economy on German companies operating in Russia. Peter Altmaier and Maxim Oreshkin, Ministers of Economy of the two countries, as well as Matthias Shepp, Chairman of the Board of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce, spoke about the importance of strengthening cooperation between Russia and Germany.
One of the culminating moments of the event was the signing of the memorandum “On a Common Economic Space from Lisbon to Vladivostok”. The event was attended by numerous companies operating in Russia, such as LaModa, Herrenknecht, BMW Group, Commerzbank, Schaeffler Group.
The conference was attended by more than 500 German companies that are already working or are still planning to start their cooperation with Russian enterprises.
