At the invitation of our partner Elena Balashova, we attended the traditional annual Rotarian event devoted to the delegation of authority from the President of the ‘Change of Wheels’ Rotary Club. Rotary is an international association of volunteer entrepreneurs, which creates new opportunities to advance business, personality and social environment. The ‘Moscow New Generation’ Rotary Club is a community of businessmen who have united to implement social projects and promote entrepreneurship outside Moscow.
The event held in the Culinary Studio of Yulia Vysotskaya included the summing up of the past Rotary year, greetings of new Presidents of Rotary and Rotaract clubs and a charity lottery.
