The procedure requiring insurers to confirm their main type of activity in the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) for determining the “occupational accident insurance” tariff is being abolished.
The SFR will independently verify the applicable tariff against the insurer’s type of activity based on data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) and the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (EGRIP) as of April 15. The Federal Tax Service will enter this information into the registers based on data provided by Rosstat.
