The Legal Committee is one of the largest committees of the Russian-German CFT. The committee is focused mainly on holding events informing of up-to-date legal issues of the Russian laws, opinion and experience sharing, discussions of relevant changes in the Russian laws. The committee is attended by lawyers of the leading Russian legal firms.
The CEO of Sterngoff Audit LLC made a speech at the Legal Committee Conference about the register of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and documents that the lawyer of a company would have to take care of for a foreign invested company to get into the register of SMEs. The report aroused much interest among the audience and led to an interesting, lively discussion.
