Starting from September 1, 2025, the following changes will come into effect:
- specific regulations for the employment of workers under the age of 18 (Federal Law of 07.04.2025 No. 63-FZ);
- new rules on granting leave to employees who have adopted a child (Government Decree of 24.03.2025 No. 351);
- new rules on reimbursement of travel and baggage expenses to and from the place of vacation for certain categories of employees (Government Decree of 15.02.2025 No. 164).
