New Regulation on Business Trips
The Regulation on business trips, approved by Government Decree dated 13.10.2008 No. 749, is no longer valid.
It is replaced by the new Government Decree dated 16.04.2025 No. 501.
The rules for arranging and paying for business trips remain unchanged, only the numbering of the provisions has been modified.
Therefore, no major adjustments are required.
What employers need to do
- update their internal Regulation on business trips;
- remove references to Decree No. 749;
- add references to the new Decree No. 501.
