The Bank of Russia in its information letter No. IN-06-59/44 dated 29.06.2021 “On the restructuring of loans (loans) to individuals and SMEs” recommends that banks continue to support small businesses, in particular, continue the restructuring of loans for citizens and SMEs.
Debtors will be able to submit a corresponding application from July 1 to September 30, 2021.
Also, until September 30, 2021, industry restrictions on the lending program for small and medium-sized enterprises, which was launched by the federal “SME Corporation”, have been lifted.
