In the section “Kommentarij Experta” of the newspaper “EZH-Buhgalter” (accounting supplement of the newspaper “Ekonomika i Zhizn’”) two articles of our tax consultant Albina Ostrovskaya were published.
“Ekonomika i Zhizn’“ is a generic business issue for business running, which has been published since 1918. “EZH-Buhgalter” is one of the thematic appendices to “Ekonomika i Zhizn’”, designed for practicing accountants, auditors, employees of tax authorities.
In the first article, Albina explained in detail what the court was guided by when deciding on the case given as an example in the main article about VAT taxation of low-value advertising products.
In the second article, Albina commented on an article about the taxation of deposits and loans within the holding, gave an example from judicial practice and considered the position of the tax authorities.
