Changes in employment legislation in 2022

Auditors inform you about some changes in employment legislation in 2022:

  • The minimum wage will increase to 13,890 roubles per month. The relevant law came into force on January 1, 2022. Previously, the minimum wage was 12,792 roubles.
  • From 01/01/2022, sick leave certificates will be issued electronically (Federal Law No. 126-FZ dated 04/30/2021 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on Compulsory Social Insurance Issues”).
