Our team draws attention to the fact that at the moment the coronavirus vaccine is mandatory for certain activities in several regions.

For example, in Moscow, at least 80 percent of employees of companies that are engaged in trade, provide household services are required to vaccinate (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor for Moscow No. 3 of 10/19/2021)

We also remind you that if the company, which is obliged to organize vaccination, does not do this, Rospotrebnadzor may fine it up to 500 thousand roubles. or suspend activities for up to 90 days in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 6.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

The consequences depend on whether your company is required to arrange for vaccinations.

Recall that, in accordance with the Direction of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor dated 09.01.2002 No. MU 3.3.1.1095-02, only employees who have medical contraindications can refuse vaccination without consequences. The employee is obliged to confirm this with a medical document.
